Asked by kurtis j - Tue Sep 4 11:02:46 2007 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A. best thing to do if your starting out is do 3 sets of 8-12 reps, but on the last few reps in each set it should be hard to do, you shouldn't be able to get 13+ reps or you need to up the weight. after a while you can change your work out but you don't need to.
