Should we have a religious or spiritual ceremony for our second wedding?
Q. My husband is a Christian, and does not attend church, but once a year when we go to his hometown. I regularly attend the Unity church where we currently live. We are planning our second wedding for sometime in 2011. We've been trying to figure out if we want more a religious ceremony or a spiritual one. Our first wedding was definitely more spiritual, but we both are strong believers in God. So: Should we have a religious or spiritual ceremony for our second wedding? Please no rude answers, thank you.

Is the spiritual realm, just another version of everything that exists in the physical realm?
Q. Also, if there's a spiritual realm, can there be a realm that neither the spirits or the physicals could experience, and then can there be another invisible realm after that? How could we tell the difference?

A. Yes and no! Someone who can only sense the physical realm wouldn't/may not even believe in the spiritual realm. But, the spiritual realm is always in the physical realm and is always effecting it! So the best answer I can give is mostly yes. But like I said it seems to not exist in the physical. Someone who can interact with the spiritual realm will break what you thought you knew. As for the rest of the question. I personally believe that there are probably just the physical and spiritual. I also believe that the universe is infinte. Therefore, (thinking even deeper) I like to think of all things as infinite. And to the degree of what I know that is correct. So the second answer is yes. I have learned never to listen to anyone. How do you tell the difference between a spiritual experience and an emotional experience?
Q. People from all different walks of life and religious/spiritual backgrounds claim to have spiritual experiences that reinforce their beliefs. How are you supposed to know who's experience is genuine and not self induced. This question is for people that DO believe in spiritual experiences. I respect people's right not to believe, but I kinda already know what you guys think about it... Thanks

A. Hope this is understood but here is how i understand the difference. A emotional experience would be say like when some one you deeply care about dies and your over come with grief, A spiritual act would be say you were sitting on a tree stump in the forrest and all at once your over come with this feeling of Joy and excitement and you feel all this love at once for nature and God. Both i have experienced..

What are the spiritual reasons and benefits of fasting?
Q. Fasting is basically sacrificing one of our earthly pleasures for period of time. Most commonly people fast with food. What are the spiritual reasons for fasting? How does it benefit us? I'm convinced various religious beliefs will have answers here and that's fine. Thanks!
Asked by Awake - Sat Sep 27 00:14:23 2008 - - 10 Answers - 1 Comments
A. From the Christian point of view fasting is meant as a time to rely on God for strength. Meaning that when the hunger pangs hit it is a physical reminder to stop and seek time with God. It is only meant for short periods of time. We seek to replace our physical hunger with hunger for the Lord and his word. We stop and seek spiritually the bread of life and not the food.

How are spiritual energy and sexual energy linked or are they even separate?
Q. It has been taught by unworthy teachers that one should transcend the physical to reach the spiritual, that the body is corrupt as is nature, this false view is life denying, what is the life force if not sexual, life affirming and spiritual? A. Spiritual enlightenment is like the perfect sneeze. You're not quite sure what's going on with your face..but something's not 'right'; your left nostril is dripping and your eyeball is doing that weird twitching thing. And then boom, you sneeze, ahhh bliss! But if you cough right before you sneeze, trying to get every last bit of phlegm, you end up inhaling at just the wrong moment and your chewing gum gets sucked up somewhere between your nasal passage and the back of your throat. Although satisfying the itch, the sneeze didn't quite do it. Something's still off; now you've got that damn wad of gum stuck in the back of your neck between passages and it just won't budge. That's just not natural. That's religion.

A. I think some people are more strong on their spiritual side, and your experiences probably have something to do with where you live, like if you live somewhere with a lot of history, then it's more likely you will have paranormal experiences.

A. Complete your cultivation quests to achieve that. It really doesn't matter what class you are, every skill unlocks requires a higher cultivation level. You first get your cultivation quest at your starter city(not starting place) when you are lv9. All cultivation skills are marked yellow in the quest box so you won't miss it.
